ExclusiveFX is a trading name of Forex Analytics Ltd (UK). Exclusivefx is an educational services provider which aims to educate its customers how to trade in the financial markets. It’s Customers subscribe in order to gain an access to the electronic archive. Customers can be notified via e-mail, or other accepted electronic means of communication about changes to the archive. All content of the website, the archive or content of any written and electronic communication with ExclusiveFX has only educational purpose and shall not be regarded as advisory or recommendations. The knowledge gained by the Customers of ExclusiveFX should only be used by the Customer for educational purposes and customers shall not attempt to profit from the information acquired from ExclusiveFX.
Description of the service
- Services provided by ExclusiveFX is providing information in a form of e-mails, or other electronic forms, containing trading diaries. All so called signals are trading diaries send to the customers with latency.
- Customs can only use these signals for educational purposes.
- Thanks to the e-mails customers are able to observe the behavior of particular financial instruments and are able to research the background around the trade, they are able to draw conclusions and learn how the profitable trades can be triggered.
- Any signal can be adjusted or changed without providing information to the customer.
- The e-mails send to the customers signals that there has been a trade taken in the past and the exact time is provided.
- Customers accept the Assumptions of the service.
- The Service is not a recommendation service, nor advisory. It has only educational purposes and no investment decisions should be made. The service aims to show the personal experience of its employees to the customers.
- Customers can learn from the experience of any representative of the ExclusiveFX.
- Signals are sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer during the on-line registration. E-mail can be then changed by the customer at any time.
- The service is only for the people who provide government issued ID to the ExclusiveFX and will have the signed and stamped original of the agreement. The agreement can only be signed in the ExclusiveFX office and only by the ExclusiveFX representative.
LIABILITY
- ExclusiveFX informs its customers that there are risks involved in financial markets and losses may occur. The client understands all of the risks involved and will have no claims specifically against the Exclusivefx nor to any of its employees nor third parties, in case of losses, and understands that there is no guarantee of any profit. Customers accept and respect the fact that this service, nor any people involved in this, nor third parties assume no liability for potential losses.
- Customers are not allowed to trade Exclusivefx signals on the live financial markets using real money.
- ExclusiveFX assumes no liability for the content of the e-mails.
- ExclusiveFX assumes no liability for any losses that might be a result of its signals.
- Exclusivefx.net can alter any service, signal or an alert without notifying the clients.
- ExclusiveFX takes no liability of any technical errors or any compatibility of customers computers / phones / e-mails or other means of communication with the ExclusiveFX.
SUBSCRIPTION
- Customers may subscribe to the service for a specified amount for a given period.
- Customers might subscribe for a 2 weeks demonstration period.
- All customers subscribing to the service confirm that they understand the educational nature of the service and confirm that they will not attempt to trade ExclusiveFX’s signals in the real financial markets.
- Subscription is valid when payment is received.
- All customers are assumed to know and understand the risks involved in financial markets.
- Customers may use the demonstration period only once a year, unless stated otherwise.
GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS
It is being assumed by that:
- Customers understand risks involved in the financial markets.
- Customers understand the educational nature of the service.
- Customers will not attempt to profit from the signals.
- Customers will not try to use leverage.
- Customers will have no claims over the quality, accuracy of the signal.
- Clients agree not to attempt to engage, solicit or approach any of the Exclusivefx.com’s clients.
- Customers understand that each e-mail sent to them will be considered to have following ‘email disclaimer’ even when it’s content will not be included into an e-mail, this statement should be considered to be valid: Disclaimer None of the information contained herein constitute an offer to purchase or sell a financial instrument, or to make any investments. - Customers understand that results listed on the website are past results and that there is no guarantee that this results will continue in the future. There might be deviation from the past performance. Customers understand it and accept it.
- Customers understand that each e-mail / sms /or any other form of electronic or verbal communication with Exclusivefx.net informs customers only about the past trades taken by the service and this is to be treated as archive material, and at the moment of reading it I may no longer be valid.
- Only the mutually signed and stamped original of the agreement entitles the customers to use the service.
- Only the customers with the hard copy of signed agreements will be considered as the ones with the right to use the service.
- Customers with no signed hard copy of the agreement have no right to use this service.
- Customers with no right to use the service use the service or a website on their own risk and understand that therefore they have no right to have any claims over the service.
COPYRIGHTS
All of the signals, alerts or contents of the website ExclusiveFX and services it provides, will be treated as intellectual property and cannot be copied or distributed to any account nor person not enrolled/subscribed into the service, with no exceptions.
Any attempt of breaching the intellectual property will be immediately reported to the authorities.
CANCELATION
- Exclusivefx.net can cancel a subscription of a client without giving any reason for doing so. No money will be compensated to the client in an event of cancellation.
- Service is cancelled when the subscription period expires. This refers to demo users as well.
- Clients can cancel the service at any given time of their subscription, however no money will be reimbursed to them.
- Customers using the subscription option should cancel the subscription once they don’t want to use the service any more.
PAYMENTS
- Any payment made to the service is not refundable.
- Any payment to the service is to be treated as a fee for accessing the archive of the trades.
- Customers understand that this service is not a recommendation service, nor advisory. It has only educational purposes and no investment decisions should be based on Exclusivefx.com.
- Payment is the only way to receive full access to the website and its content for a given time period.
- Payment to this service means that customer accepts the Full disclaimer, terms and conditions, and the fact that these can be changed without prior notification to the customer.
- Customers confirm that the money they submit to this service is legal and belongs to the customer.
CUSTOMERS DUTIES
- Customers should read the Full Disclaimer, which is available upon request to everyone, under the address info@exclusivefx.com
- They have read this, understood and accepted. In case they had not read General Disclaimer they confirm that they did this on purpose and that they blindly accept all its content.
- Customers are obliged to monitor any changes in the Exclusivefx Service and they accept them
- Customers are expected to confirm their personality by sending in the government issued Identification Document within a 30 days from the subscription. Not doing so may result in not accepting given person as the customer of ExclusiveFX.
- Customers should visit the ExclusiveFX office and sign the hard copy of the agreement.
- Only the mutually signed and stamped copy of the agreement entitles the customers to use the service.
- Customers using demonstration trial are also supposed to have a signed agreement and provide government issued ID, otherwise they have no right to access or receive any type of information from ExclusiveFX.
